Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your fabric that you bought from us, we get that adding to your stash is serious business and will be happy to discuss with you any concerns you may have with your recent order. Please email me to discuss your order at: rebecca@rainbowstash.co.nz and I will get back to you within 24 hours. Please be as detailed as you can and maybe include a phone number in case that's an easier way to resolve the issue, also include photos of the fabric if needed (photos of your cat welcome too - we know they are magnets to newly acquired yardage!)

We will happily provide a store credit if you changed your mind on any cut to order fabric over one meter in length; fabric will be credited in 1 metre lengths to the nearest half meter (eg. 1m = 1m credit, 1.25m = 1m credit, 1.5m = 1.5m credit) Fat quarters will be credited as fat quarters. We won't charge a restocking fee, you will just need to pay return postage on your order.

If you have received your fabric and there are any faults which we have not picked up when packaging up your stash please contact us and we will replace this item. We will include with the replacement item a prepaid return bag with instructions to have this collected from you with little hassle* as possible.

Should you receive the wrong fabric (yes we all make mistakes, even after we've triple checked!!!) We will get what you ordered to you as fast as possible and include a prepaid bag with instructions to get the fabric back to us; we want our mistake to cause as little inconvenience* as possible.

*At Rainbow Stash we love to spend our precious time making and sewing and are not fans of wee inconveniences like these cutting into that time, and as a valued customer we certainly don't want that for you! We are always looking for rainbows, so please lookout for a wee something from us in your new replacement order to say 'Hey, we are really sorry the fabric wasn't quite right, please accept this wee gift as a thanks for understanding we are human too and enjoy the rest of your day!'
