Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, provided all items are in stock. Most orders will be shipped out the same day if placed before 1pm. If your order is super urgent please let us know and we will do all we can to expedite it!

Our system is set to not allow any out of stock items to be added to your cart to avoid any delays or disappointments. Please send us a message if you would like us to order something that is currently out of stock, we can quickly check on stock availability and provide you with an ETA on when we could have this item back in stock.

We have flat rate shipping of $8.50 per order New Zealand wide and $14.00 for Rural Delivery addresses per order. We will review these services often to ensure you are not paying more than needed - we'd all rather spend our money on fabric than couriers!

We now offer a pick up Local service which allows local orders to be collected in a contactless way, via my letterbox. Select pick up local at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping.

Our usual Flat rate standard shipping to Australia untracked is currently $29.00, and parcels couriered with tracking will be charged at $39.00 per order. International Courier to Australia which is the fastest and tracked is $55.00 per order, a phone number is mandatory for International postage labels.

Please email to confirm shipping charges for international orders, at this stage all shipping charged at checkout is for NZ orders, and now also Australia too!  We can confirm shipping for other international orders before you proceed with an order.
