• (13) fat quarters of assorted prints for houses
• *up to (13) fat eighths of assorted prints for roofs*
• 1/4 yard fabric for windows
• 3/8 yard fabric for trees
• 3-5/8 yards background fabric
• 1-1/2 yards border fabric
• 3/4 yard binding fabric
• **5-1/4 yards backing fabric**
• 83” x 83” batting

      *(13) fat eighths for roofs are optional - there is enough leftover per house print FQ to cut (1) roof set from each. Cover quilt uses a combination of (7) house print remnants + (6) fat eighths.
