Welsummer, my Fall 2017 collection, was inspired by Scandinavian folk design, vintage kitchen imagery, and my own backyard flock of hens! The entire group of 18 quilting cottons was printed on unbleached cotton quilting cotton, giving it depth and warmth. “Welsummer” is the name of a chicken breed!
